Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Purpose Statement
The PBS team at Malvern Springs Primary School leads a whole school approach to supporting positive student behaviour and engagement.
This will facilitate a safe, supportive and positive learning environment where each child can achieve their personal best.
Malvern Springs PBS Matrix
Our PBS Behaviour Matrix was developed in consultation with our students, staff and the wider school community. Each of our behavioural expectations of, BE RESPECTFUL, BE RESPONSIBLE, BE SAFE and BE YOUR BEST have behaviours that correspond to each expectation. Each of these behaviours and expectations are taught explicitly to all of our students.
